Good news for your young whipper snappers. June 30th-August 15 we are starting our teen athletic conditioning program. Sessions will meet Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 3. Space is limited so sign up now! The goal of the sessions is to improve performance in their sports using CrossFit methods. It should be a great time.
