10 rounds:
A. 20/15 Calories
B. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Bench (185/115)+ Max double unders
C. Rest
*Workout rotates on the calories. Once partner A finishes, everyone rotates up one station. Partner B finishes their bench then does max double unders until A is finished with calories. Bench decreases by 1 each round
