*This workout is for load not time. The goal is to use the heaviest weight possible that will allow you to do 15 -12-9 unbroken and touch and go on the floor. You may rest with the bar anywhere except for the ground. If the weight you use for Gwen is anywhere close to your “2RM” I will yell at you!
