In teams of 2:
3 rounds for reps of each exercise:

2 min max reps partner wallballs (20/14)
2 min max partner burpees (jump over partner holding a plank)
2 min max reps alt arm synchronized DB snatch
2 min rest

 Now that you know the workout and you want to sign up, its not too late. You have until Monday to sign up, put CFD as your affiliate and your team. ALL INFO IS HERE.

For all those doing the open. We will be running heats Sat and Sunday as usual starting at 11am. We will post a google doc for heat sign ups soon. Please show up on time and be warmed up and ready to go. Dont be that guy and “wait for the next heat”.
