100 Devil press
*1 peron is always working on 15/10 Calorie assault bike

General fitness
AMRAP 30 min:
100 Burpees
Run 1 mile together
100 DB ground to overhead

21 KB swings (53/35)
12 Pullups
10 Clean and jerks (135/95)
*Run must be together. Split all other reps however you wish. You may scale
