50ft farmers carry + Max reps strict handstand pushups or DB pushups or bench press
*Use heaviest weight possible for farmers carries.

In teams of 2 for 20 min:

2-4-6-8-10-12…..
Hang squat cleans (95/65) or (50/35) DBs
Burpees over bar
*Complete the pattern as high as possible in 20 min. Partner A does 2/2 then B does 2/2 then 4/4 then 6/6 and so on for 20 min
