In teams of 4:
Buy in: 800m run (together)*must carry wallball, DB, and KB with you for the whole 800m
400 Wallballs (20/14)
300 Alt arm DB snatch (65/45)
200 KB taters (53/35)
100 Synchronized burpees
*Split reps however you wish. 1 person is always working on 15/10 Calories. Continue that pattern until you finish all the reps above and complete 1000 total calories

REMINDER: We will have only 1 class tomorrow for Thanksgiving. 9:30. Eli will be at gym at 8:30 if anyone wants to get extra work in before class
