Just an FYI at the games the fastest mens time for Murph was 38:36 for men and 39:10 for women. This is done as written, in a vest, in 100+ degree weather. Murph and Cindy are the most butchered workouts out there for no reps. Go slower, do your pushups and air squats right!!!!!!
