Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile
*1/2 murph option is available at 50 pullups 100 pushups 150 air squats but you still have to run a mile at the beginning and end. Split up pullups pushups and squats however you want. The most efficient way is 20 rounds of 5/10/15, tough guy version is to do them all in a row. If you have a 20# vest, wear it!
