FYI we are starting our new cycle of training. We will still be doing our normal percentage work but I will be adding  a couple of accessory/skill work exercises. You wont notice it today but throughout the week it will be more apparent. We will also be doing some more sprint/running work

Change to the yobility schedule this week. We will have class tomorrow(Monday) at 11:40 and Friday at 10:40.
