*Let technique dictate load
In teams of 2:
5 rounds for time:
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Air squats
Rest 3 min between rounds
*2 options of doing this as a team. Option 1 split up all the reps between you and your partner however you want. Option 2, you complete 1 full round then your partner completes 1 full round. Repeat that for 5 rounds each. For this option the 3 min rest is the time it take for your partner to complete their round
