Complete the deck of cards
Station 1: Calories
Station 2: DB burpees (50/35)
Station 3: DB thrusters (50/35)
Station 4: Rest
*Pull a card and do the # of reps your card says. Each team member is at a station, once everyone completes that card, switch then pull another card. If you pull a 8 of hearts then everyone does 8 reps then switch. Face cards and aces=12
Starting this week we will be starting a trial run of the Bardio (Barbell cardio) class on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Similar to barbell class, it will start with a main lift and technique work. The difference in this class is that will end with a metcon utilizing a barbell only! If you have any questions please let me know. Please check the newsletter for some examples of what a sample class would look like. Otherwise we will see you Wednesday night!
