5 rounds for total time:
5 Power cleans (135/95)
10 Front squats (135/95)
5 Shoulder to overhead (135/95)
20 Pullups
Rest 90 Seconds between rounds
*The ultimate goal would be to have a 1:1 work:rest ratio

General fitness

AMRAP 25 min:
5 DB power cleans
10 DB front squats
5 DB push jerks
20 DB bent over row
Rest 1 min between rounds
