How are you with strict?!

Wednesday 9/9/15
10 Wall climbs nose to wall
5 sets:
Max reps strict handstand pushups
*Over the 5 sets perform 10 rope climbs. Legless if possible
**If over 20 reps on your first set, add a defect
5 rounds for time:
Run 400m
15 Chest to bar pullups
