100 Double unders
50 Alt arm DB snatch (70/53)

16.1 is here, and it’s a logistical nightmare! We will try to run heats of 4 every 25ish min on Saturday. Heat sign up sheet will posted ASAP, check the blog and facebook. If you need to do it during class please find someone to count for you as the coaches will need to be with class. If you need to do it during open gym please give us a heads up! Monday especially for all of you redoers.
