In teams of 3
Max calories AB/Row/Ski in 20 min
*Men must do 20 cals women must do 15 before switching
**As soon as your are done with your calories you must do 1 rope climb, then rest until its your turn again
3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
15 Handstand pushups
10 Burpee box jump overs (24/20)
*For RX feet may not touch the top of the box when jumping over

Congrats to everyone who competed this weekend. CFD has 3 teams on the invisible podium. Arnel and Kent got 3rd, Britt and Courtney got 3rd, and Annabelle and Krisztina 3rd! Great job guys!
