In teams of 2:
20 alternating rounds for time: (10 each)

*During your rest break complete 30 jumps over DB/bar or 30 double unders
Barbell and DB =aswritten
KB only= 15KB swing / 8 single arm kb thruster 4L/4R)
Sandbag =3sandbag clean +6sandbag squat

1 min: pigeon on box each leg
1 min: lat stretch each side
1 min: cross leg forward fold
5 min chill without phone and no thoughts about work or the Rona

10 DB bent over row + 5 DB thruster

7 DB hangpower clean
7 Alt arm Push press. (Push. press L + Push pressR=1)
14 situps
AMRAP 8 min:
DB pushups
Renegade rows
50 See the light situps
50 V-ups
Max reps burpees
light bicep curls or banded
