Strict ring dips
*If body weight is going to be easy, make them weighted. If you want you may do this with a partner you go I go style. You do 10 pullups I do 10 pullups, you do 10 dips, I do 10 dips….
5 rounds for time:
Run 200m
10 Double KB clean and jerks (53/35)
*Kettlebells do not have to touch the ground
