25 Plate ground to overhead (45/25)
*Barbell only = 20 front squat (75/55) 20 hand power snatch 75/55
*DB only = 25 hang dB snatch
*NO EQUIPMENT = 30 air squats 15 burpees

Every 5 min x 8
Run 400m
30 quarantines (lunge + lunge + air squat)
