7 burpee pullups
5 shoulder to overhead (145/100)

Coaches corner: For part 2. Partner A does burppe pullups while B rests, then partner B does shoulder to overhead while A rests. Thats 1 round. The next round partner A does shoulder to overhead while B rests then B does burpee pullups while A rests and so on for 10 minutes
