100 perfect pushups a day keeps the shoulder pain away

30 seconds for quality deficit pushup 4/2″
30 seconds rest

In teams of 3:
5 rounds:
Partner A: 25/18 Calories
Partner B: 20 Wallballs (20/14) + Max reps KB swings (70/53)
Partner C: Rest
*Partner A works on calories, B completes 20 wallballs then max swings until A is done with calories, C rests. Once A is done everyone moves up one station. Goal is to complete more swings than your 2 partners and go hard on calories to give them less time

General fitness:
