In teams of 2:
10 rounds for total step ups each
A. Run 500m
B. Max reps DB burpee squat clean to front rack step up (50/35)(24/20)
*Partner A runs 500 while B does max step ups. When A gets back, B goes out for their 500m run and A does step ups. Continue that for 5 rounds each. Goal is to do more step ups than partner. 10+ each round would be a good goal
