Establish your 1RM deadlift
Tomorrow(Tuesday) at 6pm will be our first lifting class with Dave. It will focus on the snatch. In case you forgot the classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 12:30. The only way to get better at something is through repetition so keep practicing and try to not get frustrated, there’s a reason that its in the Olympics!
