*Anytime the RPMs fall below 75/65 you must switch
Rest 5 min
120 Box facing burpees (24/20) (must switch every 10)
60 KB curtis Ps (clean+Lunge+Lunge+overhead) (Must switch every 5)
*everyone must use the assault bike for todays workout. No rowing
