CFDs 4th anniversary party is coming up October 1st! As usual it should be a blast, we hope everyone can make it! Also as usual there will be a workout. We are changing it up this year. Instead of coaches vs. members its coaches vs. coaches with the help of the members. Each coach will be team captain and we will be doing a fantasy draft to pick out teams. Workout will be posted ahead of time so you can see what you’re getting into but once you commit you have to do it! It will be similar to the past years but the WOD has not been made yet, BUT there will be the very entertaining synchronized burpees! Winning team get bragging rights for a full year!
