Cossack squats
Front squat
*start at 60% and add each round
AMRAP 15 min:
In teams of 3:
A. 12 DB deadlift 9 DB hang power cleans 6 DB push jerks (50/35)
B Max reps double unders
C Max reps air squats
*Partner A doe 12/9/6 while B does double unders and C does air squat. One A is done with 12/9/6 then everyone switches down one station

General fitness

12 DB deadlifts
9 DB hang power cleans
6 DB push jerks
27 Air squats
