5 Overhead squat
5 Snatch balance
5 High hang snatch

Establish a 2RM Hang snatch

Against a 12 min clock:
50 Overhead squats (95/65)
then AMRAP in remaining time:
7 Power snatch (95/65)
10 Toes to bar
