Max calories assault echo bike erg or assault runner
*Every time you switch complete 7 DB thrusters (50/35) and 7 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
We will have class at 8:30am and 9:30am only. Then closed for the rest of the day. 8:30 will be DV45 and 9:30 will be the workout written above
