work up to a heavy set of 6

6@95 and 6@90%

For time:
30 Lateral burpee bar hops
30 Hang power clean (95/65)
20 Burpee bar hops
20 Hang power cleans (135/95)
10 Burpee bar hops
10 Hang power cleans (185/115)
at 10 min perform
2 min max reps front rack lunges with final weight on bar. IF you are in the middle of the 135 at 10 min then perform the lunges with that. Goal is to keep it racked for whole 2 min.
