20 seconds max L-sit hold
40 seconds rest
*goal is to hold the for the whole 20 seconds each round

EMOM 30 min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 air squats
*This can be either a 1 min workout or 30 min. If 5/10/15 is above your reach then cut the reps to maybe 3/6/9. If you fall off pace under 10 min turn the remainder of time into an amrap. If you know you will make all 30 easily consider doing chest to bar and hand release pushups and jumping squats
