Establish a 3RM deadlift with a reset on the ground each rep
For time:
Push jerks (135/95)
Handstand pushups
*Has to be a push jerk. No push press or split jerk

How daylight savings time actually affects you 

If you need to do/redo 16.3 a couple people will be doing it after 9:30 class. Get your bar muscle up on
