AMRAP 25 min:
8 Freestanding handstand pushups
1 L-sit rope climb
*Obviously freestanding handstand pushups are not an option for a lot of you so try parallette HSPUs and legless rope climbs

General fitness

5 rounds for time:
100ft bear crawl
100ft broad jump
*do 3 burpees every 5 broad jumps
**To complete RX you must wear a 20/14# vest

Heats for day 2. I go at 12:35 and 3:15
