3 rounds:(Start with bar and add each set so your last warmup up set is just under what you will start with for the 2+1 C&J)
3 Clean deadlift
3 Hang clean
3 Front squat w/ pause at bottom of squat
3 Split jerk
Clean and jerk
Work up to a heavy set for 2 clean and 1 jerk
then repeat 2 more times at 90% of above
In teams of 2:
AMRAP 12 min:
Ground to overhead (95/65)
Thruster (95/65)
Max reps burpee bar touch
*G2OH can be either a snatch or clean and jerk. Set up under a bar that is 6″ above max reach
