13 things mentally strong people dont do 

I rewatched a couple of the events from the 09 games today. Its pretty cool/crazy to see how much this sport has progressed in just 5 years. For example watch these dudes do toes to bar, this was the first time they were introduced into CrossFit. Watch the muscle ups and thrusters as well. These guys get DESTROYED by 15 of each when now almost everyone would do them unbroken or in 2 sets. A good watch
