For time:
50 Wallballs (each)
75 Strict handstand pushups
100 Plate ground to overhead (45/25)
125 Hand release pushups
150 Calories
*Partner A completes all 50 wallballs then may begin working on strict hspus. Once A finished wallballs, B may begin their 50. When they finish they now help finish the 75 hspus. After that split reps however you wish with only 1 partner working at a time
General fitness
