EMOM 12 min:
7 Deadlifts + 5 Front squats
*Use the same weight for deadlift and front squat. It should be. heavy enough that you may have to break from deadlift to front squat after a couple rounds
AMRRAP. 20 min:
100 Single arm DB hang clean and jerk (50/35)
100 Air squats
*Barbell only= Hang power snatch (75/55)
*KB only= KB snatch
*Sandbag only= 30 sandbag cleans
*NO EQUIPMENT= 100 pullups or towel rows
