Congrats to Tramane who snuck off and got married in Hawaii!

In teams of 2:
100 Box jumps (30/24)
100 KB swings (70/53)
100 Wallballs (30/20)
*each partner will work in alternating 90 second efforts. So you will be going 90 seconds on 90 seconds off until you finish. As a buy in each round you must complete 10/8 calories, 1 rope climb then max reps of the exercise you are on for the reminder of the 90 seconds. SOooo 3,2,1 go. Partner A does 10 cals 1 rope climb then max box jumps until 90 seconds. Then partner B does 10 cals 1 rope climb and picks up where A left off. Continue that pattern until you have completed all 300 reps

*Same as workout above but each 90 seconds starts with a 200m run
