Every 30 seconds for 6 min:
30 sec: 10 supine ring pulls
30 sec: 10 pushups
5×5 strict press (add each set)
*complete a 50m Double kb front rack carry in between each round
Every 90 seconds for 15 min:
10 Burpees + 5 Thrusters (155/105)
