CFD turns 3!

Happy 3rd birthday to CrossFit Danville!

Saturday October 17 we will be having CFDs 3rd anniversary party! As like the past 2 years it will be teams of 8 against the CFD coaching staff. So far the score is coaches 1 members 1. Who is going to take the lead?!

Workout starts at 11am. If you want to participate in the workout or judge please let one of the coaching staff know

Afterwords, 12ish, we will party it up with a potuck and some sweet raffle prizes. Paleo or non paleo foods welcome. Please let us know if you have anything you would like to donate
