For 20 min rotate through the following
Row 20/15 Calories
Max strict handstand pushups
Max strict pullups
Rest
*1 station is always occupied. Once the person is done rowing you move on to the next station. Goal for HSPU and Pullups is 10+ each time

50 Double unders
20 Wallballs (20/14)
*If you SUCK at double unders turn each round into 1 min max reps double unders
