15 KB swings (70/53)
10 Push press (155/105)

Ask Coach: For the deadlifts, everyone should be using the medium blue band, lighten load on bar if needed. For the metcon, you alternate minutes. So you have 1 min to do 15 KB swings and rest the remainder, then you have 1 min to do 10 Push presses and rest the remainder. If you are not finished with the reps within the min, note where you left off and start the next exercise
