This has nothing to do with todays workout but I just saw and thought it was awesome and also pretty accurate. Is this also a hint for the final wod on Saturday?????

*Pick up heavy stuff, get your heart rate up

In teams of 2:
AMRAP 20 min:
50 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
200 Double unders
50 Burpee pullups
100 Overhead walking lunges (45/25)
*While one partner is doing a 200m run the other is working on the reps inside. Switch and pick up where your partner leaves off

WOD #3 for battle for bragging rights is….

RX and scaled
Against a 10 min clock
200 Wallballs
Max reps Chest to bar pullups
*In order for wallballs to count 1 partner must be holding 2 KBs (53/35) overhead.
You may switch at any time but in order for the wallballs to count 1 partner must hold the KBs straight overhead without them touching our any other crazy variation you may think of. Score is total reps completed. Everyone will be using the wall as the target
