*In between sets perform 5 strict tempo pullups (quick up, 3 seconds over bar, 3 seconds down, 3 seconds at bottom)
AMRAP 12 min:
5 Deadlifts (155/105)
4 Hang power cleans
3 Push jerks
2 Muscle ups or 5 ring dips
