EMOM 14 min:
1 min: 45 Seconds max reps strict pullups
1 min: 45 Seconds max handstand hold
*If holding against the wall is very easy for 45 seconds then try shoulder taps or free standing handstand hold
For total calories and total double unders
EMOM 20 min:
1 min: Max cal row bike run ski or burpees
1 min: Max reps double unders
*A good goal would be 20/15 for calories and 70+ dubs if you are proficient at them

EMOM 14 min:
1 min: 45 seconds max reps renegade rows
1 min: 45 seconds max shoulder taps in plank position
1 min: Max calories
1 min: Max tuck jumps
