Starting this Wednesday Arnold will be starting a mobility class aimed at turning you guys into “supple leopards”.  You will use all of the mobility toys to work on those tough areas using Starettes book as your guide. The class will be half an hour long and will be held back to back on Wednesday nights from 6-6:30pm and 6:30-7pm. Try it out and become supple.
