A reminder that 8 of us will be competing tomorrow at Hercules CrossFit for the Battle of the sexes. If you have time please come out and cheer everyone on. First heat starts at 8:30 and goes on throughout the day. We have at least 1 person in each age bracket so the action will be going all day. Come show why CFD has the best crowd!
