Max weighted ring support hold (max 60 sec)
20 Unbroken walking lunges (heaviest DB possible)

5 rounds for total reps:
1 min max reps Squat clean to thruster (115/75)
1 min max reps Pullups
1 min rest
Remember we are running a normal schedule from 9:30 on tomorrow. There will be lifting class tomorrow evening
Anti-aging compound will move to human trials
