5 Snatch pull to knee(knees back chest over bar)
5 Hang muscle snatch
5 Overhead squat
5 Snatch balance
5 Hang snatch from below the knee
Work up to a heavy weight for:
1 Hang snatch from above the knee+1 low hang snatch just above touching ground
AMRAP 12 min:
Sprint 100m
30 Unbroken double unders
10 Toes to bar
