1 legless rope climb
For time:
100 KB swings (53/35)
*every min on the minute perform the set amount of burpees then start your KB swings. Burpees start at 14 then go down by 2 every 3 min. So, 14-14-14-12-12-12-10-10-10-8-8-8……

General fitness

12 DB bench press
1 50ft hand overhand sled pull
AMRAP 15 min:
KB swings
