From 0:00-3:00
50/35 Cal assault bike
60 Wallballs (20/14)
60 Box jump overs (24/20)
50 Chest to bar pullups
*Goal of the workout is to complete the set amount of work within each 3 min section. If you finish before 3 min you get to rest until the next section. If you dont finish within the 3 min, note how many reps you are at then begin the next movement. Add up reps at the end for your score, 220 is highest score you can get
